What the price includes
What is included in an ADV350 rental?
- Delivery and collection
- To your condo, hotel or office anywhere in Bangkok, and collected from the same place or another Bangkok address. No delivery charge.
- A proper handover
- Smart key, HSTC traction control, under-seat storage and the adjustable screen, walked through in person. Condition photos taken together before you ride.
- Terms in writing
- Total price, deposit, return time and an incident contact, sent to you before you commit.
- Helmets and cover
- Say how many helmets you need when you message. Insurance cover and excess are stated in your quote: do not assume damage or theft is covered.
Deposit and documents
What deposit and documents do I need?
- THB 5,000 deposit
- Paid at handover, by a method named in your quote. Refunded in full when the bike is collected and checked against the agreement. Your passport is never held.
- A motorcycle licence
- A Thai motorcycle licence, or your home motorcycle licence with an International Driving Permit that covers motorcycles. A car-only licence is not enough. See the Thai motorcycle licence guide and the IDP guide.
- Where you cannot ride
- Motorcycles of every size are banned from Bangkok's tolled expressways. The ADV350 runs on surface roads, and day trips out of the city are fine: mention them when you book.

Deposit
THB 5,000, refundable in full when the bike comes back as agreed. We do not hold your passport.
Delivery
Bangkok delivery is arranged with the team before confirmation. Tell us your location when you enquire.
Condition photos
Before and after photos at handover, recorded for both sides. The vehicle arrives clean.
