How the NOIRR owner process works, and what to prepare

A clear path from first vehicle details to a reviewed rate, draft agreement, photography appointment, and a private onboarding page.

What happens after I submit my vehicle?

Your application opens a private owner page immediately. NOIRR then checks the vehicle information, uploaded files, likely rental fit, and your availability. The target is to return a proposed daily rate, projected owner share, draft agreement, and a photography option by the next day.

1. Initial review

The team checks the model, year, mileage, condition, specification, location, ownership context, and available days.

2. Proposal

Your private page is updated with the proposed customer rate, your proposed 75% share, and a planning range. This is a proposal, not guaranteed income.

3. Agreement review

You review commercial terms, availability control, kilometre rules, damage handling, handover, and exit conditions before signing.

4. Inspection and photography

NOIRR records the vehicle condition and produces listing photography after the vehicle and terms are approved.

02

Which vehicle details make the review faster?

Provide the exact make, model, year, registration province, mileage, colour, fuel type, transmission, trim, modifications, finance status, parking location, service history, and any known damage. Specific information produces a more defensible rate and fewer follow-up questions.

Current photographs should show the front, rear, both sides, cabin, dashboard with mileage, wheels, and any existing marks. Honest condition photos protect both sides because they establish what was visible before a professional inspection.

If a vehicle is financed, jointly owned, company owned, modified, or subject to another agreement, say so in the intake. NOIRR needs to know who can legally approve the arrangement before preparing a final agreement.

03

Which documents can I upload?

Useful documents include the vehicle registration book, the current insurance schedule and wording, proof of identity or company authority, and relevant service records. You can begin without all of them, but NOIRR cannot complete every verification or insurance check from photographs alone.

Registration evidence

The Thai Department of Land Transport lists the registration book and owner identity evidence among the documents used for a vehicle transfer. NOIRR uses them as a practical identity and vehicle cross-check, not as a substitute for a DLT decision.

Insurance evidence

Send the policy schedule, wording, endorsements, and insurer or licensed broker contact. A policy name alone does not show whether paid self-drive rental is covered.

Service evidence

Recent invoices and service records help explain maintenance, tyres, repairs, and warranty status. They do not guarantee acceptance or a particular rate.

04

Are my intake files public?

No. Owner intake photos and documents are stored privately for onboarding review. Public listing images are created separately after approval. Upload only files relevant to the application, and contact NOIRR if you need to correct or request access to personal information.

The Personal Data Protection Committee's GPPC materials describe rights such as access and correction in the context of personal data. NOIRR's privacy policy explains how to make a request concerning the information held for your application.

05

What should I verify before signing?

Do not sign based on the headline rate alone. Confirm the owner share, payment timing, availability rules, approved use, territory, kilometres, deposits, damage process, insurance position, maintenance responsibilities, photography permission, tracker terms, notice period, and termination process in the actual agreement.

Ask for unclear wording to be explained in writing. The agreement, not a marketing page or chat summary, should record the commercial arrangement you accept.

Owner process questions

Do I need every document before applying?

No. At least one current vehicle photo is required for the intake. Registration, insurance, and service files can follow, although missing documents may delay final verification or the agreement.

Does submitting mean my vehicle is accepted?

No. Submission starts a review. NOIRR still needs to assess fit, condition, documents, insurance position, commercial terms, and availability before approving a vehicle for bookings.

When does my vehicle appear publicly?

Only after the vehicle and terms are approved, the necessary checks are complete, and NOIRR has prepared the listing. Intake uploads are not used as public listing images by default.

Can a company-owned vehicle apply?

Yes, it can be reviewed. NOIRR will need the company details and evidence that the person signing is authorised to act for the vehicle owner.
