NOIRR collects only the information needed to answer enquiries, review vehicle owner applications, prepare agreements, coordinate photography and handovers, operate rentals, and provide owner reporting. OWNER APPLICATIONS When you apply to list a vehicle, we collect your contact details, vehicle details, availability, condition information, preferred photography timing, and any photos or documents you choose to upload. These files are stored privately and are not published as listing assets. Access is limited to the NOIRR team and service providers needed to store, review, and process the application. RENTER AND CONTACT INFORMATION When you enquire or book, we collect the details needed to reply, verify eligibility, arrange the rental, and support the handover. We do not sell personal information. STORAGE AND SERVICE PROVIDERS NOIRR uses contracted infrastructure, email, analytics, and storage providers to operate the website and process requests. Information is shared with those providers only for that operational purpose. Private owner files require authorised access or a time limited signed link. ANALYTICS AND SESSION REPLAY Optional analytics help us understand which pages and sources produce useful enquiries. Analytics remain off unless you accept them. Essential session storage used to operate the site and forms does not depend on analytics consent. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and Microsoft Clarity records session replay: page views, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement on the pages you visit. Accepting analytics stores two first party Microsoft Clarity cookies, _clck and _clsk, which distinguish one visitor from another across visits. We do not enable advertising storage or advertising personalisation for either provider, and we do not use these tools to build advertising profiles. Choosing decline keeps analytics and session replay off and sets neither cookie. RETENTION AND REQUESTS We keep application and rental information while it is needed for review, onboarding, an active agreement, operations, accounting, dispute handling, or another legitimate business requirement. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information. Some records may need to be retained where an agreement or legal obligation requires it.
