It is a motorcycle and it needs a motorcycle licence, so it is not a swap for a car. It is simply the only thing NOIRR will promise you today, and saying that plainly is the whole point of this page.
Delivery Coverage
NOIRR delivers to any Bangkok address. Sukhumvit (all sois), Silom, Sathorn, Thonglor, Ekkamai, Asok, Phrom Phong, On Nut, Ratchada, Suvarnabhumi Airport, and Don Mueang Airport. Delivery is included in the daily rate. No minimum order.
Licence, Deposit, and Requirements
A valid driving licence plus an International Driving Permit are required to rent a car from NOIRR. A Thai driving licence is also accepted. Minimum age is 21. A passport copy is checked at delivery and handed straight back: NOIRR never holds your passport. The deposit is a refundable amount confirmed at booking, paid in cash or by card, and returned in full when the vehicle comes back in its original condition.
