noirr. is a curated vehicle rental operation in Bangkok. The standard is simple: fewer vehicles, sharper selection, cleaner handovers, no rental-counter ritual.
noirr. is a rental operation, not a marketplace. Every vehicle on the fleet is reviewed before it joins. Every handover follows the same checklist. Every owner who lists with noirr. knows who is driving their car and when it will be back.
The work is split into four operating jobs. A renter knows who replies, who verifies the license, who coordinates delivery, and who records the vehicle condition. An owner knows the same chain from intake to payout. That clarity is the company.
The fleet is intentionally small. Six vehicles: Tesla Model 3, Jaecoo 6 EV, Ducati Monster 937, Kawasaki Z900, Yamaha XMAX 300, and Honda ADV350. The Ducati Monster 937 is on the road now and bookable today at THB 3,500 per day, delivered anywhere in Bangkok. The other five are still in preparation. Each opens for booking the moment it clears, and everyone who left an email hears first.
Bangkok rewards taste, restraint, and speed of reply. noirr. is built to hold all three.

Who builds noirr.
noirr. is built in Bangkok by Wilcot Delvaux and Konrarat, a Belgian and a Thai. One side knows the city from the inside. One side knows the questions visitors and expats ask before they arrive. We are starting small, because the first vehicles set the tone.

noirr., written NOIRR in prose and reached at noirr.co, is a premium vehicle rental operation based in Bangkok, Thailand. It was founded by Wilcot Delvaux and Konrarat. It rents to riders and drivers in Bangkok only, and every vehicle is delivered: Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Thonglor, Asok, Phrom Phong, Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport are all covered. There is no counter to visit and no shop to find.
What noirr. rents today
One machine. The Ducati Monster 937, 937cc and 111hp, at 3,500 THB per day, delivered anywhere in Bangkok, with real dates on a calendar at noirr.co/book. The Tesla Model 3, Jaecoo 6 EV, Kawasaki Z900, Yamaha XMAX 300 and Honda ADV350 have no dates available. None of them is on the road yet, so none of them can be booked, and noirr. does not pretend otherwise. Reference rates for those five are published on each vehicle page so the comparison is honest, and an email at noirr.co/booking gets you told when dates open.
Licence and deposit
To take the Ducati Monster 937 you need an International Driving Permit with a motorcycle endorsement, Category A, or a Thai motorcycle licence. Experienced riders only: 111hp in Bangkok traffic is not a first bike. To rent a car, when cars are on the road, an IDP or a Thai driving licence is required. The deposit on the Ducati is a refundable THB 20,000, paid in cash or by card at delivery and returned in full when the bike comes back in its original condition. noirr. never holds a passport as deposit. Third-party liability insurance and a helmet are included in the daily rate.
