What Vehicle Delivery Actually Means
NOIRR does not have a shop. There is no counter to queue at, no desk to sign paperwork on, no shuttle from the rental lot. You book, you give an address in Bangkok, and the vehicle arrives at your door at the agreed time. A NOIRR team member handles the handover on the spot: license and IDP check, deposit, pre-rental photos, a walk-around. The whole process takes under 15 minutes. When the rental ends, NOIRR collects the vehicle from the same address or a new one.
This is NOIRR's core differentiator. No vehicle in the fleet is available for walk-in collection. Delivery is not an optional add-on. It is how NOIRR works.
The fleet is opening on a waitlist basis. No vehicles are on the road yet. Join at noirr.co/booking for first access when delivery goes live.
Delivery Zones in Bangkok
NOIRR covers the primary residential and hotel corridors in Bangkok where the fleet makes most sense:
- Sukhumvit: The full length from Asok to Udom Suk, including Thonglor, Ekkamai, On Nut, and Phra Khanong. The majority of hotel and condo deliveries land here.
- Silom and Sathorn: Business district coverage. Hotel deliveries to the Silom strip and Sathorn Road corridor.
- Riverside and Charoen Krung: Including the Asiatique corridor and riverside hotel properties.
- Ratchadaphisek and Huai Khwang: The middle ring for expat condos and mid-tier hotels.
- Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK): Arrivals delivery to the designated kerbside zone. The most requested delivery point for incoming travellers renting on arrival.
- Don Mueang Airport (DMK): Covered. Slightly longer lead time than BKK due to location north of the city.
Delivery to outer Bangkok zones, expressway-adjacent condos, and specific districts outside the above is confirmed at booking. If your address is in Bangkok, it is likely covered. Confirm at noirr.co/booking.
How the Handover Works
Delivery is not a drop-off. The NOIRR team member stays for the full handover. The sequence:
- Document check. Your home-country driving license and your International Driving Permit (IDP) are verified. For motorcycles, the IDP must include Category A. For cars, Category B. No valid IDP means no handover. See the full IDP guide if you need to get one before travel.
- Deposit. A security deposit is held by card or cash. NOIRR does not hold passports as deposit. Your passport stays with you.
- Pre-rental photos. The team member documents the vehicle condition on both sides with timestamped photos. You receive a copy. Any existing marks or scuffs are noted before you take the vehicle.
- Walk-around and briefing. For motorcycles and scooters, a brief orientation covers controls, Smart Key (XMAX 300, ADV350), fuel type, and any vehicle-specific features. For the Tesla and Jaecoo, charging app setup and range guidance are covered on the spot.
- Departure. Vehicle is yours. Ride or drive away from your door.
Why No Shop Visit Matters
Bangkok traffic between Suvarnabhumi Airport and a Sukhumvit hotel can take 90 minutes at peak times. Going from that hotel to a rental shop in a different district, queueing, completing paperwork, and riding back costs 2-3 hours on a day you might want to spend riding. NOIRR removes that entirely.
For riders arriving specifically to use the fleet, this means more time on the bike and less time managing logistics. For expats in Bangkok who want a vehicle for a week, it means booking the night before and having it at the condo door in the morning.
End-of-Rental Collection
NOIRR collects the vehicle at the end of the rental period. Provide a return address at booking or update it during the rental via the contact provided at handover. Collection from airports is available for riders flying out after a rental.
The Fleet Available for Delivery
Every vehicle in the NOIRR fleet is available for delivery: Tesla Model 3 (THB 4,500/day reference), Jaecoo 6 EV (THB 5,500/day reference), Ducati Monster 937 (THB 3,500/day reference), Kawasaki Z900 (THB 2,800/day reference), Yamaha XMAX 300 (THB 1,200/day reference), and Honda ADV350 (THB 1,200/day reference). None are on the road yet. All will be delivered.
