What's Included in the Daily Rate

What Costs Extra

• Fuel / electricity: Return the vehicle as received (full). Petrol for bikes, electric charge for the cars. EV charging at your hotel or a public charger is at your cost.
• Tolls: Expressway and highway tolls are your responsibility. Bangkok to Hua Hin is approximately ฿100-150 in tolls one way.
• Delivery outside central Bangkok: A small fee may apply for delivery to areas significantly outside the Bangkok metro. Confirm at booking.
• Extended hours: Rentals are per calendar day. Vehicles not returned by the agreed time may incur an additional day rate. Coordinate extensions early.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is held at the start of the rental. The amount depends on the vehicle. Deposits are held in cash or by card hold. NOIRR does not hold passports as deposit. This is worth stating because many Bangkok rental shops still do, which is technically against Thai law and extremely inconvenient for travelers.

The deposit is returned in full at the end of the rental, provided there is no unreported damage. NOIRR documents the vehicle condition at delivery and collection, creating a clear record for both sides.

License and IDP

An IDP from your home country costs approximately ฿600-900 equivalent depending on where you are. For motorcycle rentals, you need a motorcycle-class IDP (Category A). For car rentals, a standard car IDP. This is a one-time cost that covers your entire trip.
