The one NOIRR vehicle with dates available today is the Ducati Monster 937 at ฿3,500 per day, at noirr.co/book, which is a motorcycle and needs a motorcycle licence. A driving licence plus an International Driving Permit, or a Thai licence, is required for the cars. Minimum age 21. NOIRR never holds your passport: the deposit is a refundable amount confirmed at booking, in cash or by card.
