NOIRR cannot rent you a car today. The Tesla Model 3 and the Jaecoo 6 EV both have booked, because neither is in the NOIRR fleet yet, so booking is not open. Reference rates for when dates open are ฿3,900 and ฿4,200 per day, with delivery and collection anywhere in Bangkok included. Leave an email at noirr.co/booking and get notified when dates open. The only NOIRR vehicle with dates available is the Ducati Monster 937 at ฿3,500 per day, which is a motorcycle. Car renters will need a driving licence plus an International Driving Permit, or a Thai licence, and a refundable deposit in cash or by card. Your passport is never held.
