The Process, Step by Step

NOIRR's booking process is straightforward. No counter visit, no lot inspection, no forms in triplicate. Here's what the process looks like from first contact to keys in your hand.

Step 1: Choose Your Vehicle

NOIRR offers two cars:

• Tesla Model 3 at ฿4,500/day: The benchmark premium EV. Best for city driving, expressway trips, and destinations like Hua Hin.
• Jaecoo 6 EV at ฿5,500/day: SUV profile, matte black, massage seats. Better for groups, luggage, and terrain variety.

Step 2: Contact NOIRR

WhatsApp at +32491597038 or use the booking form at noirr.co/booking. In your first message, include:

• Which vehicle you want
• Your rental dates (from/to)
• Your delivery address
• Whether you need airport delivery (specify which terminal)

NOIRR will confirm availability and provide a booking confirmation with the total cost, deposit amount, and payment instructions.

Step 3: Provide Your Documents

At booking or before delivery, NOIRR will need:

• Your passport or national ID
• Your driving license (car class)
• Your IDP (International Driving Permit) with car class endorsement

An IDP is required for foreign nationals renting vehicles in Thailand. Get yours from your national automobile association before you travel. UK: Post Office or AA. USA: AAA. Australia: NRMA or state automobile club.

Step 4: Pay the Deposit

A security deposit is held at vehicle delivery. The amount is confirmed at booking. NOIRR accepts cash or card. NOIRR does not hold passports as deposit.

Step 5: Receive Delivery

NOIRR delivers the vehicle to your specified location. Delivery within Bangkok is included. The handover takes approximately 15 minutes: joint condition inspection, documentation, keys. You receive a WhatsApp number for 24/7 support during your rental.

Step 6: Drive

The vehicle is yours for the agreed period. Return it to the same or a different agreed location at the end of the rental. Fuel/charge as received (full). NOIRR collects the vehicle and returns the deposit.

Tips for First-Time Renters in Bangkok

• Book 24-48 hours ahead minimum. Peak season (November to February) fills fast.
• Confirm your IDP is the right class (car, not just motorcycle) before you travel. Getting to Bangkok with the wrong IDP is an avoidable problem.
• If you're unfamiliar with Thai traffic, do your first drive in the morning (before 8am) when roads are quiet.
• Expressway access in Bangkok is straightforward. An Easy Pass transponder (enquire at booking) makes toll plazas faster.
• For Hua Hin or Khao Yai day trips, leave early. The cities' outbound traffic builds after 7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends.
